Completing a Cookie Dough Fundraiser is as Easy as 1,2,3

Step 1
Order an attractive color brochure order-taker for each seller free of charge*.  This can be done online or over the phone at 1-800-441-8599.  Each fundraising cookie dough brochure displays 12 different varieties of 2.7 lb. pre-portioned boxes, selling for $15 or $16.  When you place your order for brochure order-takers, you will also be sent several Cookie Dough Seller Sheets to be used for the final student pack tabulations of customer sales for each participant.  If you need additional Seller Sheets, you may make as many additional copies as you need.

Step 2
Your students pre-sell the fundraising cookie dough, recording each customer's sale(s) and address information on the brochure order forms. The average cookie dough fundraiser usually runs for two to three weeks, depending on time constraints, group motivation and other factors. 

Step 3
When your cookie dough fundraiser is completed and ALL of your participants' orders have been turned in, your Student Pack Seller Sheets (previously sent to you with the brochures) should be carefully completed and faxed or mailed to us.  These cookie dough fundraising seller sheets are necessary for the student packing of each participant's sales, so it is vitally important that each sheet is filled out correctly and legibly.  We will be unable to deliver any cookie dough items that are not recorded on the seller sheets.  Your cookie dough will initially be student packed for each student's sales, and then master packed to the various team leaders (teachers, coaches, squad leaders, etc.).  Your student packed fundraising cookie dough will be delivered in approximately 3 weeks (15 business days) after we receive your completed Student Pack Seller Sheets.
